The 3GB torrent completed yesterday, my laptop’s HDD activity icon keeps blinking continuously since then. Torrent has 0 active connections, KTorrent’s gui at the bottom, reports 0 up/down. Pausing the torrent, doesn’t help, only Stopping or quiting stops the blinking.
~/.local/share/ktorrent folder is on the system nvme ssd. Download folder is on external usb3 hdd gpt exfat.
I’m assuming it keeps checking if the torrent is still there even though nobody’s actually downloading from me? Any way to make it less aggressive, maybe once every 10 minutes, or never until somebody actually connects?
