I’m testing the nightly builds of Kdenlive (kdenlive-release_25.08-11147-windows-gcc-x86_64.exe). In the latest versions, whenever I click on a clip in the project bin, the system becomes busy for 3-4 seconds, and the Windows mouse cursor changes to the busy icon. Even if I click on the timeline and then click the same clip in the project bin again, the system still takes 3-4 seconds to respond. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a solution or workaround?

I can confirm a similar issue on Windows with the official 25.08.1 version by just creating a title clip and put it in the timeline. A delay of about 3-w4 sec appears. No workaround so far.
I’m seeing this as well. I get it when clicking between Project Bin and the timeline, really bad when editing/creating titles
