When using Open file dialog box, the icons above the path to the current folder is not rendered correctly in dark theme. I am not sure if this is KDE 6.6.x bug or LibreOffice bug.
If Turn off the
Enable application theming (Enable application theming with extension themes).
The bug is resolved. I believe that is a LibreOffice Bug.
