hello;
libreoffice writer freezes whenever i delete multiple lines of texts (i think it happens during repagination), or add a footnote and type/paste something to it (even one word), or (most of the times) when adding a word to dictionary.
this happened back when version 7.6 of libreoffice came on (also I had plasma 5 back then) and I thought it maybe a bug of that version (because 7.5 was ok) and it continued until now that version 24.8 is out… But, yesterday I decided to test it on windows and this freezes did not happened. so today, I installed gnome and cinammon desktops (trough opensuse’s yast software manager) and both of them was doing ok. so I think it’s may be kde’s bug?
i use tumbleweed with mesa driver. KDE Wayland (X11 has this bug too). no graphics card, only intel 4400 hd.
(should not be a mesa thing, because no problem on gnome, cinnamon)
