Is there any way to map 3 finger up and down, so that it changes the windows in the current Virtual Desktop? I’m seeing some old posts saying that it’s in development(that post was from 2 yrs ago XD).
so currently is there some way to do the mentioned above?
thanks

Not shure about that one someone else may be able to say.
But i still have a idea on how you may be able to get this to work.
You could try using Fusuma with the cli-tool kdotool.
With Fusuma you can map touchpad gestures,
and kdotool can be scripted to go to the next window in the stack (or something like that).
A smal bash script in Fusuma that is using kdotool may be able to do the trick.
I used to think the KDE/Plasma virtual window management was the best (better even than Apple’s) but that was before a got a Mac at work and got used to it. It’s really quick to use - essential for avoiding task interruption.
On my dual 4k PC setup, there is no touchpad setup and I currently just laboriously drag a window across all the real-estate or laboriously choose move to from the context menu. What I haven’t tried is going into ‘Grid view(?)’ and trying to mouse drag the window I want to move to a representation of the virtual desktop I want as its destination - I think after reading some more posts here, that I need to experiment/read further
One other related thought is that 'hot edges/corners’ are annoying as currently set-up (as of a couple of months ago) because it’s really easy to briefly hit an edge and then the display becomes a jumpy distraction all the time. Being able to set a few millisecond delay would, I think massively improve matters - especially if, having entered ‘Grid-View’, being able to drag an app window just a short way to the target was/is possible!
OK! My bad. I should have posted AFTER digging deeper. Soz!
Turns out that setting an edge/corner to ‘overview’ gets me the view and behaviour I wanted (target desktops and drag window to one) and it’s even possible to set up ms response delays - Perfect!
Minor addition, it would be nice to also be able to invoke the Outline view with a customisable (3 finger) gesture or keyboard shortcut - someone’s going to tell me that’s all already possible too…
