Mdadm raid 10 filesystem added to fstab shows as removable drive in dolphin

Hello,
This is my first post here. I configured mdadm raid 10 far acording to RAID wiki page with custom chunk size 64K. It contains 2 identical older hdds intended for use as data (documents, music, photo, movies, conf. backup and so on). I formated this raid to ext4 and added raid’s filesystem UUID to fstab and mounted it as /home/dmk/data. Then I chown 1000:1000 the mountpoint. I’m on up to date Tumbleweed with KDE. In dolphin this data raid volume shows as removable, which is not desirable because I want to redirect user directories to my data raid and don’t want an accidental disconnection when system runs. But in KDE plasma system tray, disk and devices, there is no removable device listed. Maybe it’s only dolphin bug or what. So, I want to get rid of this remove option. I was looking in the dolphin settings with no luck, otherwise I think it’s a linux issue. Can you please help me find a way to fix it and find a cause of this behavior?

Edit: I have linux on 60G partition of 480G intel ssd and I formatted the rest of drive as data fast partition mainly for steam game data. This partition correctly shows in Dolphin as non removable.
Dolphin version is 24.12.1

I posted this issue into other forums too, but I received no solution yet.

With solid-hardware6 list find this filesystem.
You will have a UDI value. It should start with /org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/
Then run solid-hardware6 details UDI (replacing UDI).

Solid is the framework that does hardware and filesystem for dolphin.
There is the HintSystem: true that should allow solid to deduced it can’t be Removable, but with your input a fix path should be clear.

Thank you for answer. There is it, but HintSystem is missing in the output. Where is the config of Solid so I can add HintSystem: true.

There is no config, this is just discovery.

I’d need to have the solid details of the Drive where the block is located as well.
It should correspond to sdc1 or sdb1 in your case.

The comand outputs are not identic and behaving strangely when repeat. It should be always the same… Ok, my falut there was hiden scrolling down in the output.

Edit: The first output is messed up, in first output, there are duplicated lines and in second too or I’m blind…

It seems like there in udevadm info is some non well defined order. Im not programmer at all.

It would take a lot longer to understand and reproduce your setup if at all possible.

I built the array according to Arch linux raid wiki page. But with some differences. .bash_history helps:

sudo mdadm --create --verbose --level=10 --metadata=1.2 --chunk=64 --raid-devices=2 --layout=f2 /dev/md/data /dev/disk/by-partuuid/d571395e-ba69-4154-bc3a-884644468990 /dev/disk/by-partuuid/fa43d339-689f-49eb-a1c2-4a8613b3d68c
sudo mdadm --detail --scan >> /etc/mdadm.conf

This above command did not work so I did it manualy in nano.

sudo mdadm --assemble --scan
sudo mkfs.ext4 -v -L data -b 4096 -E stride=16,stripe-width=32 /dev/md127
