Migrated from 5 to 6 Panel width not adjustable

Moving from Spiral Linux Debian 12 upgraded to Debian 13
I set up a new install on an external drive so I could troubleshoot the transition

I use 3 auto hide panels with a height of 80 & reduced width to avoid interference especially in the corners
I don’t see any handles?
Secret menu?
Plasma 6 has my panel overlapping in the corners

In the Panel Configuration, set width to Custom to see the adjusters.

After restarting a few more times the white bars & sizing arrows were back as expected
I had the same lack of control [panel configuration] on pclos & solyk new installs, each had other deal breakers, so I never got much past an initial update :smiley:
