Hello,
I have this issue second time, first on fedora 43 now on 44. I think I had the same issue on gentoo as well.
After system update and reboot the task bar is missing and if you add it again the app takes whole screen and goes under task bar. Loading time is more time consuming then before.
I look online for that issue but nothing helped.
Do you know how to solve the issue? I don’t want to reinstall the os again
