Editing each frame by frame and changing size and position results in strange size and shape of image for unknown reasons. I will try to use the newest version of program
That’s always a good approach when something doesn’t quite work 
What are you trying to do? Did you motion track, copy the keyframes to another effect, and are now trying to adjust them?
