Moving single video, within one track, frame by frame instead of drag & drop

Hey, in order to align videos (over multiple video tracks), so that they are synced, I am searching for a more precise way of shifting videos within a track, if possible frame by frame.

Is there a shortcut or something similar that allows this?

Select the clip or clips, press Shift+G and then use the left and right arrow keys to move the selected clip(s) one frame at a time.
