Hi everyone,
I’m struggling to get the “Audio Alignment” feature to show up in Kdenlive’s Media Jobs menu. I have already confirmed that the necessary libraries are in place, but the software doesn’t seem to recognize them.
System Details:
-
Kdenlive Version: 24.12.0 and 26.04.0 (Windows).
-
OS: Windows 10/11.
The Issue: The “Set Audio Reference” and “Align Audio” options are missing from the “Media Jobs” menu.
Confirmation of FFTW Files: As shown in the attached screenshot, I have both libfftw3.dll and libfftw3-3.dll in the \bin directory of the Kdenlive installation (AppData\Local\Programs\Kdenlive\bin). Despite having both the original and the renamed version of the library, Kdenlive still acts as if the FFTW dependency is missing.
What I have tried:
-
Full re-installation of Kdenlive.
-
Ensuring footage is CFR.
-
Manually placing/renaming the FFTW DLLs into the
\binfolder. -
Checking the “Configure Clip Jobs” menu (options are not listed there either).
Is there a registry key, a config file, or an environment variable that needs to be manually set for Kdenlive to detect these DLLs on a Windows system?
Thank you for your help!
