"My Computer" like Places view for Dolphin

So I don´t know if it is useful or even a good idea but comming from Windows I missed the My Computer start view, which is practically the same as the places sidebar.

So I kinda wanted to try to implement it but do not know if anybody would want it or it would just be wasteful code fattening up Dolphin.

Also as I am new at this of contributing to KDE I may not be doing it the right way but wanted to know what you think about it.

of the dolphin’s greatest achivements is that it’s not like windows explorer and doesn’t try to be the windows control panel

it’s for finding files, and it’s pretty good at it.

the places panel already has access to all the things i would want access to in a file manager.

Yes I don’t disagree, it’s redundant, guess it’s not worth it but it was fun to prototype, thanks!
