I have some log files from when it happens but didn’t see much.
journalctl has a lot of these near the end of it

dmesg doesn’t have anything that I can see of note
The system runs fine for about 10 minutes while running videos or renpy before suddenly tanking in performance
The system remains slow even in the TTY or after logging out of Plasma
Tried using the normal Linux kernel but that didn’t help
The problem is fixed if I use Cosmic or XFCE desktop environments
Updating to Plasma 6.2 did not solve the issue
Problem happens on both Wayland and X11
When the problem occours, PID 140 kworker/4:1-mm_percpu_wq starts using 100% of a single core
I’m running ArcoLinux
The system is a Framework 16 laptop
AMD Ryzen 7840HS CPU
AMD Radeon 780M GPU (integrated) (amdgpu driver)
32GB RAM
