My TitleBar Button Selection Doesn't Match What I Actually Get

I’m running Kubuntu 26.04 LTS, KDE Plasma 6.6.6, KDE Frameworks 6.24.0

In the course of investigating a different problem, I noticed that my selections for TitleBar buttons in System Settings don’t match what I’m actually seeing on my windows.

Neither “Hide from Screencast” nor “Context Help” are actually present on any windows I’ve checked.

Fortunately I don’t much care. I just came here to eliminate “maximize” from all my windows, and that seemed to work. But it looks like either a bug or a confusing UI to me. (Perhaps what this screen does is provide a list of titlebar buttons to include if they are available?)

Context help icon only shows if any help is available (and it’s becoming pretty rare).

Hide from Screencast has an option at the bottom of the same page, default behaviour is to show only when it is enabled.
