What version did you update to ?

It’s helpful to post your ‘Help > About Kdenlive’> “Copy to clipboard” info so we can triage the issue easier
This looks like a corrupt update/installation:
Try to do a clean install of kdenlive
- Uninstall Kdenlive via the Windows Control Panel or Settings app.
- Open File Explorer and navigate to:
C:\Program Files\ - Locate the kdenlive folder and delete it completely.
Then install it normally
Will it delete my project files too?
Depends on where you saved your project files
I save them in the videos folder… so it won’t be affected right?
C:\Users%username%\Videos? Nah you’re good
Those files won’t be affected
