On Ubuntu Budgie, I never really had this problem, but on Kubuntu, I am having an issue where the network connection is not connected after coming out of suspend. It seems like there is a workaround, that was mentioned back in May 2023, but is there not a fix to take care of the NetworkManager situation so that the network functionality is on automatically?
