New Plasma update broke custom Kickoff icons

I just updated my Fedora Workstation 40 system to Plasma 6.1.5. I don’t have a list handy of everything that got updated since Fedora lumps a lot of my updates together in Discover, but when I started up Plasma, I noticed that my Application Launcher’s button on my panel had lost its custom icon. Instead it displays some kind of “download” or “save” button, as seen in the screenshot I uploaded with this. I tried removing and re-adding the launcher but even after manually choosing my icon file again it still only displays this other icon. Notably, it had no issues displaying the default “Fedora” logo as the icon when I reset the launcher. I’m not entirely sure whether this should be reported as a bug, but this almost certainly was caused by the recent update of a large number of Plasma elements that I got through Discover. Can anyone help me with this?

This could be - though I’m not sure of that - this bug report: 491848 – [regression] Activity Manager and Activities widget do not show custom icons that was fixed in 6.2
