Not sure if this contrast issue a plasma bug, ddc brightness issue

Hey there,

When my system locks and I log in , the contrast on Chromium-Based browsers looks weirdly.
I have two monitors , one that supports ddcui and the second that has a fake dimming feature
The contrast issue on the one with ddc can’t be resolved until I reboot, while the second monitor’s contrast can be fixed by reducing the brightness a little.

I tried Firefox dolphin and they look fine while this issue is persistent on Brave , ungoogled Chromium and Vivaldi browsers.

The issue can be screenshot and seen

I tried Fedora 43 and Cachyos , both have the same problem..
