Forms in PDFs filled with latvian special characters “ā,ē,ū,š,ģ,ķ,ļ,ž,č,ņ“ are not displayed properly in Acrobat Reader, Chrome and Brave browsers. Letters that follow these characters appear on top the previous character. Firefox doesn’t have this issue. Wondering if this is Okular bug or in other software?

This PDF opened in Acrobat Reader on Windows or Chrome, Brave browsers in Kubuntu 24.04 look like this.
When in Acrobat Reader select a form field, the text appears as it should.
After clearing the field and retyping the same word, it then appears properly in Acrobat Reader. Given PDF is Adobe creation, seems that issue likely is due to Okular not saving something properly.
