I don’t understand what you mean.
Could be a bug in the application that is “Package Manager” for your distribution.
Discover does not show up if there are no updates.
In fact it current has a bug that makes it hide even if there are updates

was gonna say, i had the opposite problem with plasma 6.2 when i was trying it.
still working on it at 6.5…
hope it gets fixed before the LTS rolls out.
With past problems with Discover I would call that a blessing not a bug, and I’m not religious.
