Paint app KDE is not resizing the border using my mouse, it did before

Take a look at this image to get what I mean visually, there’s heaps white space, its not resizing diagonally in the past I would be able to place my mouse at the corner where the red arrow is and resize the canvas diagonally. At the moment its North South West east directions that I can resize.

My OS is Parrot Security OS is version 6.4, which is based on Debian 12 (Bookworm). Parrot Security OS uses its own versioning scheme, but it is built on top of Debian releases.

the arrow is pointing to a divider between the image frame and the color pallet tool

from that location, you can move the divider up or down within the window, or you can move the edge of the window right and left

but if you want to resize the entire window diagonally, you need to grab the bottom right corner of the window.

at least that’s how it works on my version 23.08.5
