Plasma 6.1.1 Edit mode

Hi, I run Fedora 40 Kinoite and since some time now I have Plasma 6.1.1.
Entering Edit mode I see the desktop being reduced in size to make room for the info you want to look at or maybe change.
I don’t see any plus point in reducing the desktop so I am looking for a way to make it stop doing that. I don’t like the flashy stuff on my screen.
Is there a setting I can change so also in Edit mode the desktop is full size?

no idea why this new feature was included in plasma 6.

was someone asking for this?

if so, there should be a toggle somewhere to turn off the “overview effect” for those of us who want to actually edit the desktop at scale so we can see what we are doing.
