Well i don’t know if its KDE, QT, Nvidia, Wayland, Kwin, OpenGL or some other Libs and Apps.
Monitor-1 Display Port has no Issues
Monitor-2 HDMI regulary (maybe 2 or 3 times in a hour went black for 2 - 3 seconds, if done on top left i see Monitor information “HDMI”)
So it seems completely de-connect an re-apply.
