Plasma 6.3 notifications have more padding

I recently updated to Plasma 6.3.3 from 6.2, and noticed the padding on the Heading element is more spaced out than before.

For context, here’s how it looked before (taken from another system still on Plasma 6.2):

Is this a bug or intentional change? I can get used to it, but I definitely prefer the more compact format.

No worries! I found the code issue and will submit a patch later today.
