Hello all,
I have KDE Neon on my DELL Chromebook 3100
I have had several other Linux Distros before and now i’m trying out distros with KDE Plasma. Before Neon i was on Debian 12 with Plasma, on both installs i did not have any audio. I couldn’t fix the issue on Debian 12 but i managed to get audio working on KDE Neon a little bit.
My first issue is, the built-in audio driver recognizes 2 options called “Line Out” and “Headphones”. Whenever i reboot, the sound switches to “Headphones” which is always on full volume and cant be changed unless i switch manually to “Line Out”. How can i make the system choose “Line Out” on boot?
My second issue, the device still doesn’t recognize the built-in mic. I have no clue how to fix that.
Here is some system info if that helps in any way:
Any help is greatly appreciated!
