Plasma incorrectly believed that night had arrived when I connected to a new LAN at mid-day

At ⋛ T12:10 (timezone, +00:00), my Framework 16 connected to an 802.11 LAN. Despite its time remaining accurate (so NTP was correct), Plasma decided to switch to breezedark, and enable Night Light.

Re-enabling Night Light, now, doesn’t cause it to re-activate. However, re-enabling the “Automatic” KColorScheme switcher does, and it places itself into an inconsistent state:

I’ve not Koi (etcetera) installed, so nothing should interfere.
