Plasma-nm is showing weird empty entries

Hey,
since a few weeks my plasma-nm window shows 3 empty network entries that don’t do anything. Does someone have an idea how to fix this? Is this a bug? They don’t show up in the NetworkManager settings. I’m using Plasma 6.1.5 in Arch.

Edit: The bug seems to have already been reported. The bug ID is 455180.

Welcome,

yes that is a known bug. You could either downgrade QT to (probably) 6.7.2, qt6-base but i’m not sure if that is the only (involved) package and have not tried.
Or just wait until that gets updated to a version that fixes it, maybe when Plasma 6.2 is ready on Arch or maybe later as the current “unstable” QT 6.8.0 on Arch does not fix it.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have already found the bug report. I will just wait until it gets fixed since it does not cause any major problems

I can’t find it. Can you give me a link please?

I recently spent an entire day redoing and troubleshooting all of my network configuration because I couldn’t find a bug report and concluded that therefore it’s probably an issue with my setup specifically because something like this would already be reported by someone else :frowning:

You probably didn’t find it because its marked as upstream.
