Hello,
I’m trying to get plasma to work on my device, the device is RK3588S (arm64) based, I’m running BredOS (based on archlinux arm).
Whenever I start a plasma session wayland or x11, the panel works but briefly, and then it freezes usually happens after start menu is opened/or any of the applets, I will attach a picture what it looks like after it has “frozen” along with dmesg, journalctl -x and inxi -Fzxxx output.
I suspect its related to DRM/the MIPI DSI driver (https:// github (dot) com/BredOS/linux-fydetab/blob/noble/drivers/gpu/drm/panel/panel-simple.c)
the same kernel used in a different rk3588s device results in kde working perfectly fine
