Plasma says sound outputs at 1% are muted? ;w

why on the last version in fedora whenever i use 1% in settings it shows as it is muted? the pop-up on screen doesnt say that ;w and the audio still plays ;w ( i didnt use a mute shortcut or ui button) does it happens to u guys too? )

(i have no idea if it was this way in older versions)

Is it muted because the volume level was set to 1%, or is it muted and the volume level was set to 1%?

These are actually two independent conditions; if your volume is set to its normal level and you click the mute button, the volume will be muted, but the slider stays where it was before and shows the same percentage it was showing before.

you can just slide it to 0% if you want.

Neither, it is indeed not muted, button is not shown pressed and the slider is not faded.

Anyway, can reproduce on KDE Linux, just move the slider to 1% in the Audio KCM and notice it starts using the muted icon (this however doesn’t affect the Audio system tray widget).

Could you open a report on https://bugs.kde.org?

I think is a problem in Fedora’s side (if you don’t mute it on purpouse).

so… I may have not been clear… have u tried see it on System Settings App ? me on the audio trays doesnt show its muted too.. ;-; and on screen pop-up using the keyboard shortcut it doesnt show muted neither…

Helloo,I used the shortcut of Fn+shift and a fkey to slide it til 1% i tried just sliding it with my mouse too and just from sliding it it looks like it just changes the button icon without me clicking on it… ;-; it specifically happens just on System Settings app… Not in the screen keyboard shortcut pop-up neither in the sound part in apps tray…

I did now the process in settings, slowing the bar and yes, you are right.
