Plasmashell freezes when unblock app in battery

Sometimes I see the screen didn’t lock, the battery notification applet shows there are hundreds of “firefox video-playing” (attached screenshot from another interation) preventing the screen lock. If I click the Unblock and choose to be forever, plasma freezes, with CPU at 100%.

I tried take a screenshot, but it failed, after waiting a couple of minutes I had to kill -9 plasmashell

Error querying plasma version "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply" "Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the replytimeout expired, or the network connection was broken."

Also, from the screenshots note how plasmashell notification shows pt_BR and en_US variants. My kde desktop is set to pt_BR.

I restarted powerdevil and was able to inhibit firefox, now if there is a youtube video not playing the screen locks, if the video is playing the screen doesn’t lock.

how to restart powerdevil

systemctl --user restart plasma-powerdevil.service

inhibit firefox video playing
