Problem with bluetooth headphones

KDE Neon 6.0
Plasma 6.1.2
QT 6.7.0
kernel 6.5.0-41

System has two users.
User1 default startup etc. When system starts the bluetooth headphones connected automatically and sound is ok and from system audio device settings the headphones option is availible.
User2 (admin) when login in to system, headphones connected automatically but no sound and no device availible from system sound settings.
Miracle for me and I dont know what to do next.
Googled at a lot but nothing helped.

You should have noticed that when logged in a root, the sound is disabled unless you made changes.
In my world on all my computers, when on as root there is no sound.

sound is not disabled and in speakers sound exists

Yes, this is normal behaviour because the Bluetooth accessory is still in use by UserA when you switched to UserB.

Your solution would be to disconnect the bluetooth device for UserA before switching profile to UserB. Or signing out of UserA instead of switching should also work.

You could try disabling fast user switching within local group policy. This will make sure users are signed out when the machine tries to switch to another user profile.
