How to change this view

I have Kubuntu 24.04, view / look / Appearance - just out of the box.
For now right answer is : try to install Flatpak version.
Other strange issues (like very, very wide Stabilize window) disspeared.
Sorry, I just read the thread about the very wide Stabilize window and realized that I have AppImage.
