I have two laptops:
512gb (technically like 480 GB) and 16gb ram
And
1 128 (technically around 117 GB) and 4gb ram
Would compiling and creating KDE based software work on the second option as well as the first option? Or are higher specs needed to compile and creat KDE based software
(I mean KDE based software as KDE framework elements in the software I’d make.)
