Question about position in added audio track

Hi,
Long story, wanted to explain properly.

I have a project with a video and two audio tracks.
The camera stopped recording audio because the receiver battery got empty.
My wireless microphones save the audio themselves, and were powered on before starting to record movie.
I added the two audio tracks from the wireless microphones to the procect.
Then I alligned the audio by listening to both audio tracks seperately and setting a marker at the right spot where the video audio started.
Then I cut the audio clips and removed the parts before the marker.
Then I moved the audio tracks to te beginning so that the video and the two audio tracks were alligned.
Disabled the audio track from the video to avoid echo.

Everything plays fine, all in line and renders fine.
Now I wanted to set some markers.
No track selected, press * to set a guide, it is at position 00:02:60:00 on the timeline.
Then I select one audio track, I don’t move the timeline cursor.
Because a track is selected, pressing * becomes a marker in the audio track.

But, this marker is set at a different position before the timeline cursor.
When I doubleclick on the marker in the audio track, it is also at position 00:02:60:00
When setting a guide on the timeline on that position, it says 00:01:19:49.
Looks like I deleted 40 seconds and 11 frames in the audio track.

So it seems kdenlive has remembered the first part of the audio that I deleted and the remaining part doesn’t start at 00:00:00:00.
That explains why I get “Cannot find clip to edit marker” when I try to set a marker in the audio track to early.

How can I “reset” these audio tracks so that position 00:01:00:00 in the video is also position 00:01:00:00 in the audio tracks?

Mmh. I’m not sure but this could be related to this issue.
