Hi,
I have a bottom panel that I use as a dock, with a program starter. I added my most-used programs, but I would like to rearrange them.
I can’t find any setting where I can do that and clicking a program starter with ctrl/fn/alt/… also doesn’t seem to work.
Any ideas?
If you aren’t using a task manager widget on the panel and pinning apps to it, you are actually adding separate launcher widgets for each individual one. This will require going into edit mode to be able to rearrange them, unfortunately.
It’s the quick-start widget I’m using (it’s in Dutch, maybe I don’t translate correctly). If I go in edit mode, the whole is one part, I can’t edit or move the separate program icons.
If I long-press an icon, it looks like you could drag it, but it doensn’t stay where you move it. It snaps right back where it was.
(sorry, don’t know how to make this viewable under 4MB )
Hi, I think you also have to disable grouping, but yes, this works.
It’s not a “real” solution to the original problem, but it’s the best solution available. Use the task manager instead of the quick starter.
Thanks, I will solve it this way.
