Remote input on Windows 11 is extremely choppy and laggy

KDE connect’s remote input is quite choppy and laggy on both my windows 11 machines (A dell and a HP). The clients I use are a samsung s24 and a google pixel 9.

God knows what I haven’t tried to fix this. Here’s what i’ve done so far

  1. Purged and reinstalled graphics drivers on the machine.
  2. Update windows
  3. Re-imaged one of the machines
  4. Cleared app data and reinstalled the app on the samsung.
  5. Google pixel 9 is a new phone so installed the app but same result.

What else can I do? I really want to be able to use the remote input proper on my machines.

Why don’t you provide us with some more information? It doesn’t work isn’t enough information.

You could for example screen-record the issues you are facing.
You could tell us what your app versions are (both on Win11 and on Android).

(P.S. the issues have persisted regardless of app versions or windows versions or laptop makes)

Delete The Goose that Laid the Golden Eggs 11 of Bill Gate$ then install Arch Linux KDE.
