Background
for some how, I delete the ~/.local/share/plasma and other plasma configure file in the user directory
I have try to reinstall and purge the plasma and its themes, but the kde doesn’t generate the .local/share/plasma at all, and the error log is

What I have done
I also try to copy the /usr/share/plasma into ~/.local/share/, though the desktop has its theme and some icon, error still with the log:
