Hello,
I have three mortgages (account type = loan) in KMyMoney.
I am trying to build a simple report which should show yearly amounts of:
- interests paid to the bank
- principal paid to the bank
- mortgage miscalleneous costs
i wish i could see for each single mortgage these yearly figures in one single report.
Which report should i use in the list ?
KMyMoney Version 5.2.1-c9efa7a on Debian bookworm
I also can’t seem to find any report which shows information about all splits in a transaction. Even stranger, when I tried the Loan Transactions Report, although it did show all transactions from my few loan accounts, it also showed what I think is all add shares and split shared investment transactions. I’m wondering if this is just a bug that’s been hiding for a long time.
In terms of the original question, I wonder if we need a new type of report, which summarizes by category all splits for a set of transactions.
In the loan transaction report (which is not so bad actually) i have filtered on “last fiscal year” and i cannot see the yearly sums for payments and interests
:
Furthermore i would wish a renaming of the column amount into principal
should i open a ticket on bugs.kde.org to suggest these new features?
Another thing about this report:
it would be nice to have subtotal rows for yearly sums.
If i select a two-years range, then only the grand total is shown, no subtotals:
