Restart KDE Neon

After to have installed OS kde neon, at the second start, i don’t see solar sistem. So it no start anymore.
I have lenovo thinkbook. How i can solve?

Hi - I think folks will need a bit more information to help guide on this one:

  • When you mention the second start, does that mean after restarting your device? In other words, can you start it up once, but then restarting doesn’t work correctly?

  • When it’s not starting correctly, what specifically do you see on the screen?

Hi Johnan, the second start, means that i have laptop gray. And i don’t see login. I have gray screen, after LENOVO red text. I can to tell only that. I try to download the last KDE Neon to 20241201, but this not work

Just checking, that means the laptop does not start at all, correct?

Is it able to start up OK from a live USB (whether for Neon or another operating system)?

Yes. I started every time in live usb, kubuntu, kde neon or manjaro, this is ok. Started it. I did in past, also for HP or DELL.
Yesterday i had a idea, i downloaded TuxedoOS/kde, i installed on laptop, and it became really good. Now, my laptop lenovo work with this OS.
So i solve.
