Save dialog in Plasma Mobile does not autofill filename

Using Plasma Mobile, when saving a file the save dialog filename field is empty. I must manually enter the filename to save a file. I first noticed it on the Brave browser, but I have duplicated it with Foliate ereader and Kate text editor. If I switch from Mobile to regular Plasma, the filename field shows the correct filename when downloading.

  • OS: CachyOS
  • Kernel: 7.0.12-1-cachyos (64-bit)
  • KDE Plasma version: 6.6.5
  • KDE Frameworks Version 6.27.0
  • Qt Version 6.11.1
  • Compositor: Wayland

I have tried on two separate machines (both Microsoft Surface Go 2). Before I submit this as a bug report, I wanted to see if I was missing anything. Any thoughts/commments?
