I have this weird problem on debian 13 with kde 6.3.6, as well as on garuda linux with the latest plasma version. Basically parts of the window is shaking when I hover mouse pointer over it. Especially notable when hovering over youtube video suggestions. Example is in the video on a link (follow the mouse, watch closely upper right browser panel)
Two completely different versions of Plasma so it’s more likely a piece of software and or driver that both Debian and Garuda have in common. I have the latest updates in Garuda and no issues that I can see here. As SGS requested on the Garuda forum please create your thread in the correction and make sure to follow the templet. Especially including your garuda-inxi.

Looks like last update solved it at least on garuda

On debian problem persists. Now I noticed that this only happens when browser window is maximized.
