Since Konsole has semantic shell integration since a while, I was wondering if there is some option (preferably via a shortcut) to select or directly copy (or, even better, run some custom command on) the output of the previous command?
I know there are the copy filter options in the context menu but for this I still need to manually select the text first. I’d like to be able to directly copy the text of just the previous command without the need to manually select anything.

this sounds like you want a shell script (bash, et. al.) to redirect the output to a variable or file and then operate on that.
once output is rendered to standard output by a command, the command is done… its’ up to you capture that output and do something else with it.
In principle Konsole should be able to extract the command’s output based on the OSC escape sequences. Wezterm, for example, can do this (kitty too, if I remember correctly), hence my question if it is possible in Konsole as well.
It’s the only feature I’m currently missing in my attempt to switch back from wezterm.
