I am trying to have a plasma theme where the taskbar is dark color but the applets are light color.
I have made it, and I have a dark taskbar but light applets, but the text color [ForegroundNormal=] is the same for both Taskbar and Applets.
Is there a way to set a ForegroundNormal color for the Taskbar and a different ForegroundNormal color for the Applets?
Does it contain a color file?
Or, you could try that panel colorizer. Never tried it so you might get some advice from someone who does actually use it.

yes, it has a color file, but it seems the same color apply to the taskbar text as well as to the applet. Unfortunately, since the taskbar is dark but the applet are light, the same text color looks good on the applet but terrible to read on the taskbar due to the low contrast
