Should KDE hotkeys always produce some visual feedback even when it's no-op?

If I press Alt-TAB when there’s only one window, or if I press Meta-P when there’s no external display, there’s no feedback at all. In both cases, it’s not that obvious why it doesn’t work. Did I press the wrong key? Or something went wrong?

Some other hotkeys work differently. E.g. the Present Windows effect triggers even if there’s only one or zero window.

Perhaps all hotkeys should be like that? E.g. the window switcher can show a tabbox with a single window. The kscreen popup can show all options grayed-out.

For me Meta + P brings up the chooser even though I only have one monitor. I think this is the right behavior as it shows the user that they did the right thing for the task but there was nothing to do.
