I hate having popup notifications from apps in virtually 100% of cases. I went to the notifications page and it looked like I had to blacklist them one by one. I want to disable all of them easily, and future apps, at the same time. How do I do that?
System settings → Notifications → Application Notifications.
But as far as I know there isn’t an option to disable them all you have to go through individually and disable them. It probably writes it to a config file in ~/.config/ somewhere so may be easier to change from there.
Edit: ~/.config/plasmanotifyrc by the looks of it - although that will only contain user specific entries and you’ll likely need to find it’s default counterpart and copy the entries into your user copy and modify them there.
do-not-disturb mode.
right-mouse-click menu on the notifications “bell” icon. at the very top you’ll see a skider t go for "Do not disturb:
Note that doing this has the potential to make you miss out on important things that get sent via notifications, like low battery alerts and file/download transfer progress. So consider yourself warned!
That’s why I didn’t want to do DND, I want critical popups, I just don’t like apps being able to make desktop popups and it’s tedious to always turn it off one at a time.

the notifications icon in the system tray has a configure button which takes you to the settings page for “do not disturb” mode
there you can disable entire classes of notifications for critical, normal, and low priority and even turn of keeping them in the history if you don’t want to ever look there.
i do NOT recommend doing this tho as those notifications are often set up for a reason.
if you have a particular app that is spamming you too much you can try changing it’s notification settings, or you can use the configure button at the bottom of the settings page mentioned above to turn of specifically troublesome notifications individually for each app.
