Sleep/hibernate missing

systemctl suspend works fine, but the GUI options have suddenly disappeared (Plasma 6.5.4, Debian testing). I might not even have noticed, but it also affects the action when closing the laptop lid. I.e., it doesn’t do anything, while it’s supposed to sleep.

I’m not really sure where to start looking for a cause. journalctl --user -u plasma-powerdevil doesn’t show anything suspicious besides some complaints about not being allowed to read display events, so I’m guessing it must be something else. Does anybody have any thoughts for where to start looking?

Sleep and hibernate are still present and working on the login screen (SDDM), and as stated they also work through systemctl, so the underlying system is fine.
