[solved] How to attach one or more file(s) to a topic on discuss.kde.org?

Hello,

how to attach one or more file(s) to a topic on discuss.kde.org? I know adding screenshots works perfectly.
It is not always useful, but in some cases it can help to attach e.g. a text file to a topic on discuss.kde.org.

I found nothing in the interface for this. If there is no direct feature to attach files, do the users here have a trick or know some KDE-near websites which may host the attachments and can be linked here?

Try this:

Dropbox (Public Folder) can be integrated into Dolphin, so I can copy the link for any file in that folder.

Does it mean that it is not possible to attach files within discuss.kde.org ?
regarding Dropbox, i don’t have a dropbox account and would prefer - if possible - an accountless solution…

You could use a pastebin (like https://paste.opensuse.org/, but there are lots of others), but the files would disappear after the time you set. That works well for chat but not so well if someone wants to refer to it later.
