State of Kdenlive - 2026 - Kdenlive

I was wondering how many downloads Kdenlive gets, and was going to post the question here, but you just answered it. It’s far more than I expected, which I guess reflects just how good the program is, and how much it’s improved, particularly over the last couple of years.

Great read, and so cool to see photos from the workshop with indigenous communities in Paraguay. Is there a writeup on this? I would love to know more about it.

Last year, I delivered a hybrid video editing workshop using Kdenlive, and I’m hoping to do more of that this year:

I’d love to learn more about the guidance, materials, or support available for people giving talks and workshops.
