Subtitle Composer

Hello, I hope someone can help! I really like Subtitle Composer, I am a new Linux user. I am using it for OCR. It’s doing a really good job at detecting words etc, but it keeps joining them together. I wondered if anyone knew if there is a setting I am missing to stop this happening! I have attempted to try and correct it in spell check, but there are so many joined together across the file that it is too big a job. This means I can’t use the software for the intended purpose.

I can’t seem to find any documentation for Subtitle Composer or a way to contact the developers.

KDE folks,
Can you add subtitlecomposer to docs DOT kde DOT org.
Even just basic instructions on how to use it would be useful.
By that I mean, how to select areas, how to add text.
E.g. what do the left, middle, and right mouse buttons do.
