Suggestion, 1 power profile only on the system

Hello, suggestion, if you see it as viable:
Leave 1 power profile only on the system, and allow the user to edit them, in battery and power mode, to gain maximum Pc performance when the user sets the maximum, or saving when the user selects economy in specific options.
What the user defines.

Example:
Balanced energy profile,
with advanced editing options within it, in the energy settings, in the system settings panel.

Advanced options such as:
Disk time:
battery - 1 minute,
connected to power - 2 minutes

Gpu:
battery - maximum economy,
connected - maximum performance

Cpu:
battery - min 0%, max 100%,
connected to power - min 0%, max 100%

Internet:
battery - energy saving,
connected to power - maximum performance

Tdp:
battery - 12w,
connected to power - 28w,
or different values.
Offer only the value that is supported by the user’s Pc.

and other possible options in these hardware power sub-settings, and the captions provide guidance for the user to understand.
in addition to adding the settings already existing in Kde to this panel, so the user can find everything in this advanced panel.

:+1::smile:

I vote to put Screen Locking and Power Management under SDDM so all the setting are in one place. I’ve always found it odd that there are 3 separate sections.

The power profiles and their behaviors are actually defined by the device firmware. We could theoretically attach extra behaviors to them in Plasma code, but we can’t remove or change their behaviors.
